Shape to specification
A profile is one part of the brush. The sample brings the working surface, fibre and handle together.
Tell us the formula and area of application: powder placement, liquid foundation, cream blending or detailed eye work.
Choose the width, exposed fibre length, density and flexibility. For an angled head, specify the long and short edges.
Match the head to the ferrule and grip. Develop the colour, logo placement and storage as part of the same tool.
Compare the shape, feel, application, fibre retention and cleaning on a paid sample before approving the specification.
Yes, use its number as the starting shape. Share your target dimensions and fibre preference so the construction and sample requirements can be reviewed together.
The number identifies the head profile. The handle, ferrule, fibre specification and packaging are agreed separately for your complete brush.
Add the heads to your project and describe each brush’s role. You can combine them with existing finished brushes, colours and packaging ideas in one brief.
