I need a private-label brush collection. Where do I start?

Choose the application role of each brush before deciding the piece count. Use a produced set as a starting reference, then agree your brush mix, finish, artwork and packaging through sampling.

Which brush should I develop for my foundation formula?

Compare a broad flat profile and a narrower paddle using the same intended formula. BK07 and BK09 have different recorded head dimensions; the drawing cannot establish pickup, streaking or compatibility, so review those on physical samples.

I have a reference or drawing. How do I specify the size?

Record the product code, head width, exposed bristle length and overall size separately. Mark any requested changes beside the original specification. For dual-ended tools such as BH32, record each working end and the shared grip separately.

How should I evaluate the sample before ordering?

Review the identified sample against the agreed dimensions, materials, application, connections, finish, logo and packaging. Keep acceptance criteria and unresolved changes in writing. A production-flow photograph is process evidence, not a test report for your order.

What information makes two supplier quotes comparable?

Use the same brush or set, quantity unit, construction, logo, packaging, sample scope and delivery basis. List proposed alternatives separately. Confirm the minimum order, any applicable sample fee and timing for the selected specification.
