What is PRETTY’s minimum order and are samples free?
PRETTY (普丽缇) offers free sampling for standard products; premium products require paid sampling. Send your reference or requirements so PRETTY can confirm the sample category and arrangements before you proceed. Minimum orders are confirmed for the selected construction, finish, quantity per design and packaging. Count single brushes in pieces and collections in complete sets.

Are samples free?
Free sampling is available for standard products; premium products require paid sampling. Share your reference or requirements to confirm the sample category and arrangements. For premium products, sample costs depend on the selected construction, custom components, finish, artwork, packaging and revisions. Confirm the scope and any applicable sample fee before proceeding.
How are minimum orders counted?
The minimum order depends on the brush design, finish and packaging. Tell us the quantity you need for each design and colour, and whether you mean individual brushes or complete sets. We review the order requirements for that configuration when preparing the quotation.
Why do custom projects have different minimum orders?
Different components, finishes, logo methods and packaging require different production preparation. This is why one minimum order does not apply to every custom brush. Send your preferred design and estimated quantity so we can review the options for your project.
What if I have not decided on quantity?
You can still begin. Use “Not sure yet” in your enquiry and tell us whether you have a single brush or a collection in mind. An early estimate can be added later.
How is the project scheduled?
Separate sample development and revisions, artwork and sample approval, material preparation, bulk production and shipping. Share your required arrival date and destination at the start. Agree the start conditions for each stage and review the schedule when the specification or quantity changes.
What should be agreed before production?
Approve the sample and artwork, then record the agreed specification, quantity, packaging, quality checks and delivery terms. Make sure any revisions are reflected in the final order documents before production starts.
