Sampling is paid. Share your requirements to discuss the sample arrangements. A sample fee or a production schedule is not quoted automatically by this website.
How are minimum orders counted?
Individual brushes are counted in pieces, and brush sets in sets. Some products have a minimum order of 500; others require 1,000. The applicable minimum is confirmed for the selected product.
Does every brush start at 500?
No. The minimum depends on the selected product. A design concept is a starting point for discussion and does not carry a confirmed minimum order. Share the brush and customisation you are considering.
What if I have not decided on quantity?
You can still begin. Use “Not sure yet” in your enquiry and tell us whether you have a single brush or a collection in mind. An early estimate can be added later.
What should be agreed before production?
Discuss and confirm the sample, product specification, order quantity, packaging and delivery conditions before production proceeds. Your project conversation is where these details are resolved.
