GETTING STARTED

How to prepare your custom brush brief

An idea is enough to begin. A few thoughtful details help us understand your direction.

Start with what you have.

You do not need a complete specification. Bring an idea, a drawing, a reference sample, or the brush shapes and set you have in mind. Tell us which details matter most to your brand.

Describe the brush and its purpose.

Explain what the brush will be used for and the shape you are considering. If you have a reference, describe what you would like to keep or change. For a collection, list the brushes you would like to combine.

Share your visual direction.

Colour, materials, surface finish, logo placement and packaging help communicate your brand. Early preferences are useful even when they are not final. We can discuss shape and appearance as the brief develops.

Give an estimate when you can.

Tell us whether you are developing a single brush or a set. Count individual brushes in pieces and collections in sets. If quantity is undecided, choose “Not sure yet” and we can discuss it later.

Then discuss paid sampling.

Sampling is paid. The next conversation will clarify the development direction and the sample arrangements. No drawing or sample is required to send your first enquiry.
