Contact PRETTY
For brush projects or questions about your information, email PRETTY (普丽缇) at pltmakeupbrush@gmail.com.
Website enquiries
When you choose “Send project enquiry”, the website sends your contact email, any name and company you provide, project description, selected references and their notes to PRETTY's private enquiry inbox on our Alibaba Cloud server in the United States. A confirmation reference means the enquiry was saved; it does not mean a quotation, order or payment has been accepted. We use your details to review and answer your request. This works without optional website measurement. Do not submit payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information.
Messages imported from our business conversations may be added to the same private follow-up records. Matching email addresses or international telephone numbers help avoid duplicate contacts; differently named contacts are not automatically assumed to be the same person. Access is limited to PRETTY's authorised operations. Unreviewed, spam and test enquiry content is removed after 180 days; reviewed project and transaction records are kept for the purposes and periods described below. Our operational records and reports may be reviewed on PRETTY's own computer and through its configured Codex assistant for enquiry handling and reporting. They are not published in the catalogue.
Email enquiries
You can also contact PRETTY by email. An email link opens your chosen email application; you decide what to include and whether to send it. Downloaded project briefs are not attached automatically. Submitting the website form saves a separate inbox record; it does not send an email from your account.
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name or business details you include, and your message and attachments. We use that information to answer the request, discuss specifications and quotations, arrange sampling where requested, and keep the related business correspondence. Please share only what is needed for the project.
The contact mailbox is hosted by Google's Gmail service. Email is handled by your email provider and Gmail under their respective service and privacy arrangements; see Google's privacy policy. Email data may be processed outside your country. We do not add enquirers to an advertising mailing list through this website.
WhatsApp & WeChat
You can also contact PRETTY on WhatsApp or WeChat at +86 15532771438. Opening a contact link or scanning a code takes you to the relevant messaging service. You choose whether to start a conversation and what to send. If you message us, we use your messaging profile and the information you share to answer your request and discuss your brush project.
When you click a WhatsApp link, the website includes your selected product references, their notes and your project requirements in the link so that WhatsApp can prepare the message. That text is passed to WhatsApp when the link is opened; you still review it and press Send to deliver it to PRETTY. You can preview the complete message on your project page first. Long briefs are divided into labelled parts without omitting their content.
The QR codes are images hosted on this website and open a general contact without your project draft. No WhatsApp or WeChat chat widget runs on the catalogue. Your use of each messaging service is covered by its own privacy terms: WhatsApp privacy policy and WeChat privacy policy.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the project and related follow-up. Records connected to a transaction, a legal obligation or a dispute may need to be retained longer. You can contact us at the address above to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to object to further project follow-up. Some records may need to be retained where applicable law requires it.
Your selections and notes
Selected brush references and their notes are saved in local storage when you use the project tools. This lets you move between products and keep a shortlist. They remain in this browser until you remove them, use “Clear all selected references & notes”, or clear this website’s data in your browser settings. They are not shared across devices.
Your project draft
Project text, quantity and optional development preferences are saved in this tab’s session storage. Use “Clear form draft” to remove the draft, or clear the website’s browser data. Session storage normally ends when the tab is closed, although browser session-restore features can restore it. Do not put passwords, identity documents, sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material into the notes.
Downloading a brief
The text file is generated in your browser. Downloading it does not send it to PRETTY. You control where the file is saved and whom you share it with; deleting browser data does not delete an already downloaded file.
Website delivery and technical data
The public catalogue is hosted on Alibaba Cloud in the United States. Your browser sends its IP address and normal request information to the hosting service to retrieve pages and files. Hosting and security systems may process technical records to operate and protect the service. We do not use these requests for advertising profiles. For information about the infrastructure provider’s privacy practices, see Alibaba Cloud’s privacy commitment.
Optional usage measurement
Usage counts are off until you select “Allow counts”. If you allow them, this website sends limited activity to PRETTY's own hosting service: the public page path without its query string, a source category such as Google, ChatGPT, Gemini or social, the action used, a public product reference where relevant, and a range for the number of selected items. Actions include viewing a page or content section, the last observed section before the page is first hidden or left, starting to edit a brief, comparing or selecting brushes, copying or downloading a brief, and opening a contact link. Section visibility requires at least one second in the active viewport. Hiding or leaving a page is not treated as proof of a lost enquiry.
If you allow measurement, a random first-party browser identifier is stored for up to 30 days, and a random session identifier in this tab expires after 30 minutes without activity. They are not fingerprints and do not identify you across different browsers or devices. The server stores keyed hashes of these identifiers, the event time and the limited activity fields above for up to 180 days. No contact email, name, message, raw referring address or IP address is stored in the measurement database. Enquiry contact records remain separate; we do not attach your browser identifier to your enquiry. A contact-link count does not establish that a message was sent or received. Unique browser counts cover consenting browsers, not verified people or all visitors.
Choose “Keep off” to decline. You can withdraw using “Analytics preferences” in the footer; declining does not affect browsing or enquiries. Withdrawal removes the browser identifiers locally and requests deletion of event records associated with the current identifier; if the request cannot reach the server, its retention limit still applies. Previously anonymous aggregate totals cannot be attributed back to you. Your choice is saved for up to 180 days. A recognised source category is retained in this tab; raw source parameters, search keywords, AI questions and full referring addresses are not sent to measurement. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep measurement off. Staff can exclude their own browser through internal visit settings. Earlier consent for aggregate-only counts is not reused for this identifier-based measurement.
Optional Meta advertising measurement
Advertising measurement is separate from PRETTY's first-party website analytics. It stays off until you choose “Allow advertising measurement”. Earlier analytics permission does not grant advertising permission. If allowed, we load Meta Pixel 1419125796995165 from Meta and send one PageView per page document to measure advertising visits. Meta receives the public page address and permitted public advertising labels, referring-page information and technical/browser information including your IP address and cookie identifiers. Meta may set or read advertising cookies and process this information under its own policies; this is not anonymous measurement. See Meta's privacy policy.
We do not configure advanced matching, contact or form fields, purchase events, or a server-side Conversions API. After the website confirms that your enquiry was saved, we send a Lead event only when advertising permission is active. A request identifier is kept in this tab to avoid counting retries twice; it is not sent to Meta. No contact details, form text or selected-reference notes are sent. If permission is absent or withdrawn, we do not queue the enquiry for later reporting. A clean enquiry page without URL parameters or fragments can load the Pixel. Pages with private or unrecognised URL parameters or fragments do not load it; enquiry links with any parameters remain excluded. Safe public fbclid and UTM labels may be included; do not put personal or confidential details in advertising links. We also suppress loading when the referring address contains unsupported parameters or fragments.
Choose “Keep off / withdraw” or open “Advertising preferences” in the footer to change this choice. Refusing does not affect browsing, enquiries or your separate analytics preference. The choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control, blocked storage and excluded internal or automated browsers keep advertising measurement off. Withdrawal revokes permission for further Pixel events; it cannot undo a request already sent or delete information already received by Meta. Browser settings can remove existing cookies. A new permission does not resend this document's PageView.
Cookies and external links
Optional Meta advertising cookies and the Pixel are described above. Site fonts, photographs, videos and 3D assets are served with the website. External reference links open other websites, whose notices apply when you visit them.
Your choices
You can browse without making a shortlist or sending an email. Use the clear controls on your project page or your browser’s site-data settings to delete local selections and drafts. Blocking browser storage can prevent preferences from carrying between pages. No online purchase, account registration, file upload or marketing subscription is offered by this catalogue.
