Start with the person who will use it.
Tell us the routine, experience level, formulas and result your brand wants to support. A person can be a daily user, an enthusiast and a collector at once. Occupation, age or country alone should not decide the product specification.
Assign a role to every brush.
List the application step and purpose before deciding the number of pieces. A face-and-eye collection can be compact or extensive, but each addition should have a clear reason. Use the collection planner to assemble a starting brief, then refine the mix with us.
Connect the design to your brand.
Head profiles, handle proportions, colour, logo and packaging should work together. A creator-led or themed collection needs an authentic design direction and appropriate permissions. A distinctive appearance is not evidence of superior performance; the selected construction still needs sampling.
There is a place for collectible design.
Overseas brush brands and retailers have offered collector-focused and limited-edition designs. This shows a possible positioning direction, not a guarantee of demand. Collectors may also use their brushes. Consider original details, documented craft and presentation without promising resale value or inventing scarcity.
Bring commercial and quality requirements into the brief.
Share the target positioning, estimated quantity, packaging format, launch timing and sales markets. Specify what should match the approved sample: head profile, finish, logo and the agreed quality criteria. Individual brushes are counted in pieces and collections in sets; minimums and paid sampling are confirmed for the project.
