Custom development / Produced design studies

From a real product.
To your own specification.

Three produced designs, shown in original photographs. Explore their construction and the decisions to make when developing your version.

01 · Palm brush

A compact brush, shaped for the hand.

The produced design

A rounded black grip with a recessed finger area supports a broad bristle surface. The reference drawing records 65 mm width, 46 mm overall height and 17 mm bristle length.

Your custom version

Develop the grip proportions, colour, logo placement and head specification around the intended foundation routine. The marked dimensions are the starting reference for this design.

What to review on a sample

Review grip comfort, access around facial contours, coverage, loose fibres and cleaning with your intended formula. Agree the inspection method and acceptance criteria on the sample.

Start a useful conversation

Include the palm-brush reference, quantity in pieces, preferred grip finish, logo and intended foundation formula.

02 · Dual-ended applicator

Two working ends, one tool.

The produced design

A lilac body pairs a larger rounded tip with a smaller tip at the opposite end, bringing concealer and lip application into one tool.

Your custom version

Discuss the role of each end, tip dimensions, contact-material specification, hardness and grip. Coordinate the body colour and packaging with the rest of the collection.

What to review on a sample

Review spreading and blending with the intended formulas, surface integrity after cleaning, tip-to-body connections and how both ends are protected during storage.

Start a useful conversation

Include the large and small tip uses, formulas, target dimensions, colour, quantity and any storage or cover requirements.

03 · Patterned brush collection

A finish that brings the collection together.

The produced design

This eight-brush collection combines larger face profiles and smaller detail heads, with coordinated red-and-black handles and gold-tone ferrules.

Your custom version

Choose each brush role first, then coordinate the handle palette, pattern, ferrule finish and brand mark. Confirm the coating and base materials as part of your project specification.

What to review on a sample

Review finish consistency across sizes, logo legibility, connection alignment and appearance after the agreed handling and cleaning checks. Confirm the complete brush list against the sample set.

Start a useful conversation

Include the number and role of brushes per set, quantity in complete sets, pattern and colour references, logo and preferred pouch or box.
