Sampling before production
Standard samples may be provided free of charge; premium samples require payment. Submit your style or requirements first so PRETTY can confirm the category and sampling arrangements. The sample category, any applicable fee and schedule are confirmed after reviewing the brush specification, artwork, packaging scope and any new development needed.
Reviewing a sample
Compare the sample with the agreed dimensions and component specification. Review application with the intended formula, grip, head profile, connections, finish and cleaning. Agree the methods and acceptable results before production.
Changes after sampling
If a sample review identifies changes, update the specification before production. Final materials, dimensions, brush mix and logo placement are confirmed through sampling, not by catalogue images alone.
