Synthetic makeup brushes: 67 OEM designs to sample

All 67 numbered PRETTY designs list synthetic bristles. Compare head width, exposed length and overall size, then sample a synthetic brush for your brand.

Does PRETTY make synthetic makeup brushes?

Yes. All 67 numbered designs in PRETTY’s produced library—BH01–BH35 (white series) and BK01–BK32 (black series)—list synthetic bristles, from powder, foundation and contour brushes to eyeshadow, brow, lip and liner brushes. Each design records head width and exposed bristle length, plus the overall dimension where the drawing supplies it. Fibre specification, density and feel are confirmed per project on a development sample.

What “synthetic bristles” tells you—and what it does not.

On PRETTY drawings, “Synthetic bristles” records the fibre family of each numbered design. It does not on its own describe softness, pickup or how a head releases powder, liquid or cream. PBT and PTT are examples of polymers used in brush manufacture, but a polymer name alone does not describe the finished feel. The fibre specification and blend for your brush are confirmed per project.

Start from a numbered design.

Choose a BH (white series) or BK (black series) code close to the profile you want, then note the changes you need. Each product page records bristle width, exposed bristle length and the overall dimension where the drawing supplies it, and lists the points to discuss: fibre density, handle colour and finish, logo position and packaging.

Judge the feel on a sample, not a photograph.

Softness comes from fibre tips, head shape and density together, and a white or two-tone head is not proof of material. Agree the intended formula and application motion, then review the development sample for feel, pickup and shape before you approve it.

How a synthetic head is made and checked.

PRETTY records a 28-step production process in six stages: material preparation, head shaping, ferrule fitting and bonding, head finishing and protection, handle assembly, and final review, packing and dispatch. Seven quality checkpoints include incoming bristle inspection, bristle-profile inspection and a full inspection before packing.

Minimums, samples and lead times.

Typical minimum orders are 2,000 pieces per individual brush design, or 1,000 sets for coordinated brush sets. Development samples are charged, and the sample fee is credited on a production order. Sample and bulk lead times are confirmed per project after sampling.
